Day 01: Arrival at Kerala

As you arrive in the pristine backwater land of Kerala you will immediately experience the warmth and gentleness of the region with your interaction with our representative who will welcome you in the overwhelming traditional manner.  Thereafter to begin your Kerala Tour with Friday’s Place Resort you will be transferred to the fabulous eco resort.  This will be the base during your memorable Kerala tour.  Situated near small town of Poovar, this resort is on the Neyyar backwater thus on this day guests will enjoy viewing the spectacular vistas of the region.

Day 02: At Friday’s Place Resort

Post breakfast this day of your Kerala eco travel with Friday’s Place will be attributed to a drive in the village.  This drive to Poovar village will be an interesting excursion providing a view of the most beauteous vistas of the region which include rubber tapping, oil mill and cashew nut factory.  While on a trip to the village don’t miss out on the vegetable and fish market for a quick view of the diverse vegetations.  One can also spend some time at the Sivananda Ashram which is popular for its Yoga exercises.

Day 03: Drive to Kanyakumari

This day of the eco tour in Kerala will first begin with a delectable meal and then will be followed by another excursion.  On this day you will be guests will be driven to the southernmost part of the nation, Kannyakumari.  It is the place where Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea meets.  Also visit the beautiful hardwood, Travancore Palace. 

Day 04: Beach Excursion

This day of your Kerala Tour with Friday’s Place Resort will begin with a visit to the sun kissed beach of Kovalam where guests can enjoy swimming, shopping at beach front boutiques selling exquisite handicrafts and restaurants perfect for a gourmet’s tour.  Thereafter return to the resort for the night stay.

Day 05: Departure

The last day of your eco travel in Kerala with Friday’s Place will begin with a lip smacking breakfast.  Thereafter guests will be driven back to the Kerala Airport.  Our representative at the airport will make all the arrangements for your comfortable journey back home.
