Day 01: Arrival at Goa

Our tour representative will welcome you at the Goa International Airport to your Karnataka tour with The Hermitage Guest House. He will escort you to the eco lodge located at Belgaum district, Karnataka. Take the previously booked hotel. In the evening, enjoy some leisure activity at the lodge. One can take part in yoga class conducted by experienced yoga gurus. To the nature lovers and wildlife enthusiasts, this farm is the best holiday retreat. One can enjoy trekking to the forests of the Western Ghats, birding in the nearby wildlife sanctuaries, white water rafting in the River Kali, sightseeing of the nearby tourist spots and so on.

Day 02: At Hermitage Guest House

Today you can enjoy trekking to the nearby forest, which is a home to various species of birds. You will be delighted seeing the area like Abnali, Dongargoan or Jamgoan. The lodge arranges jeep safari also.  You can visit also the nearby idyllic villages to have an experience of their lifestyle. Swimming in the Mahadai (Mandovi) River will sure to be great fun to you. Your second day Hermitage Guest House Tour will end today.

Day 03: Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary

After breakfast, start your drive to Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Spot the wild animals here. You can enjoy white water rafting in the River Kali, near the Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary. Enjoy also coracle adventure, nature walks, birding while visiting Dandeli. Visit the Kavala Caves and the Syntheri Rock located on the banks of the River Cauvery. Return back to the lodge and have your dinner. You can savor some traditional dishes of Karnataka.

Day 04: Gokak

After your breakfast at the lodge, on the fourth day of the Karnataka Hermitage Guest House Tour, start your visit to the waterfalls at Gokak, Lalguli falls at Yellapur; the historical town of Kittur; and the temples of Halsie. Kittur Chennamma Fort is the prime attraction of Kittur town. To fulfill the birding dreams, you can visit the Ghataprabha Bird Sanctuary located on the banks of Ghataprabha River. Other wise one can devote the whole day visiting the places of Hoysala architecture at Hampi, Badami and Pattadakal.

Day 05:  Departure

Your Hermitage Guest House tour itinerary will end today with enchanting experiences. In the morning start your drive to the Goa international Airport to catch your home flight. If you still have time to the departure of the flight, you can wander around the nearby places of Goa Airport.
