Destination :  Delhi - Narkanda - Sangla - Sarahan - Tirthan Valley - Bhunter

Day 01: Arrival at Delhi

Guests will arrive at Delhi Airport where they will be welcomed by our representative with a meticulously constructed Himalayan Bird Watching Tour in the country.  Thereafter guests will be transferred to a hotel booked previously for an overnight stay in the city for being the base of your Birding tour in India.

Day 02: At Delhi

This day at Delhi you will begin your birding tour post breakfast.  Enjoy some bird watching at Okhla Barrage early in the morning which will be followed by a sightseeing tour of the national capital of India.  Guests will be escorted to various famous monuments and historical destinations in the city such as India Gate, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb.  This extended Delhi tour will be concluded with a drive past the President’s House.  Back at hotel guests will relish a rich diet and will stay for the night in their rooms.

Day 03: Delhi - Narkanda

On this day guests will be kick off their morning with savoring a delectable Indian meal as per their preference and thereafter will get ready for beginning their tour of Bird Watching in Himalayas.  First guests will be transferred to Chandigarh via train which is a four hour long journey.  From Chandigarh take another six hour long voyage ahead to Narkanda.  At Narkanda guests will be accommodated in a hotel for the night and then will proceed for birding in the region. 

Day 04: Narkanda - Sangla

In the morning of this day guests will drive to the next destination Sangla which will be a six hour long journey.  At Sangla explore the breathtaking vistas of the mighty Himalayas while traveling the beauteous environs.  The evening will be attributed to a leisurely bird watching tour when guests will visit the region exploring various species of birds.  At Sangla guests will be accommodated in tents for the night providing an adventurous experience to the guests.

Day 05: At Sangla

In the morning enjoy a leisurely drive towards Chitkul which will be a two hour drive from Sangla.  At Chitkul guests will enjoy bird watching amidst the lush green fields and high mountain peaks at Chitkul.  Return to Sangla guests will spend the night in their tents itself enjoying the adventure of camping amidst the natural bounty.

Day 06: At Sangla

 Begin your day with a sumptuous meal in the morning.  Thereafter guests will proceed for a leisurely walk in the verdant environs of the region or else simply enjoy the spectacular view of the lush green valleys and testing your photographical skills.  Return to your tents for the night stay in the region.

Day 07: Sangla - Sarahan

This day of your Himalayan tour will begin with a morning drive to the next destination Sarahan.  This four hour drive will be concluded at Sarahan which is a beautiful village surrounded by apple orchards and the beauteous Srikhand Mahadev Peak.  Spend the rest of the day at Sarahan enjoying a bird watching tour thereafter pay a visit to Pheasant Breeding Center.  At Sarahan accommodation will be provided in a hotel for the night stay in the region.

Day 08: Sarahan- Tithan Valley

On this day begin your morning with an appetizing meal in the morning thereafter depart to Goshaini which will be an eight hour long journey.  The journey will bring an opportunity to pay an en route visit to famous trekking region of Jalori Pass and Shoka.  This eventful day then will bring opportunity to visit Shoja which is a beauteous small village the drive to Shoja will be through alpine trees and thick forests.  At Tirthan guests will reach in the afternoon and will be accommodated in a tourist lodge for the night stay.  At hotel guests will relish an appetizing lunch thereafter proceed to a leisurely walk on the forest into the beauteous countryside.  Visit the tourist attractions such as Monal, Kaleej and Koklas.  Thereafter guests will return to the hotel for the night stay.

Day 09: Tirthan Valley

 This Himalayan Bird Watching tour will bring an opportunity to enjoy a morning walk towards Great Himalayan National Park.  On this day guests will walk downstream along the famous River Tirthan enjoying the natural abundance of the region.  Thereafter return back to the hotel at Tirthan for the night stay.

Day 10: Tirthan Valley - Banjar Valley

Begin your day with an appetizing meal in the morning.  Thereafter guests will be escorted to one of the main attractions of nearby Banjar Valley- Bahu and Jibhi.  At Bahu and Jibhi guests will enjoy an extensive tour of the region enjoying bird watching.  Retire to your rooms in the hotel back at Tirthan where you will stay for the night. 

Day 11: Tirthan Valley- Bhunter Airport- Delhi

In the morning guests will first relish an appetizing meal which will provide enough energy for your extended journey.  First guests will travel 3 hours to reach Bhunter airport where our representative will make all the arrangements for your comfortable journey to Delhi.  At Delhi our representative will welcome you and will make all the arrangements for your accommodation in the city for the night.

Day 12: Delhi- Departure

The final day of this Himalayan Bird Watching tour will begin with a meal served in the hotel thereafter guests will get ready for their drive to the Delhi Airport.  At Delhi Airport our representative will make all the arrangements for your comfortable and convenient journey back home.
